You will need:

My wordart HERE

I'm afraid I cannot supply the chain and eyelet.

Template12 from Melissaz Creationz,

Glass Charm from Wild Creationz,

A tube of choice, mine is by Keith Garvey and you need a MPT licence to use his work, you can purchase one by going to MPT

Penta.com - Dot & Cross, DSB Flux - Blast + Eye Candy4000 - Gradient Glow plugins.

Firstly open a new canvas 600x600 transparent background, then open the template and your tube of choice, minimise your tube for now. Delete raster 2 on the template, then copy and paste Rectangle2 as a new layer onto your canvas, colorise this layer with a colour from your tube. Now copy and paste the Rectangle layer onto your canvas and colourise with a different colour from your tube. Copy & paste the Square Frames layer then do the same with the square layer but drag the square layer below the square frames layer in your palette then colorise the square layer, again with a colour from your tube, I used the same colour as my rectangle2 layer.

Now copy & paste the diamond and diamond frame layers onto your canvas, making sure the diamond frame layer is above you diamond layer. Colorise the diamond layer to the same colour as your rectangle layer. Now apply the Dot & Cross plugin to your diamond layer with the following settings: Amount = 75 Cross Distance = 12 Cross Width = 2 and then highlight your square layer and apply dot and cross to that layer aswell but change the Width to 0.

Highlight your rectangle layer, duplicate it and on the original layer goto Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds with these settings: Width=2, Opacity=20, color=Black, Horizontal & Light from left/top ticked then click OK. Next highlight your rectangle2 layer and goto Plugins - dsb flux - Blast with the Direction - left, percentage 5. Do the Blast 3 more times but each time changing the direction to right, upwards, downwards.

Hide blast layer and merge the others visible now, give the merged layer a drop shadow with the settings as: V and H -0, Opacity- 44, Blur- 4.95 then click ok then merge visible. Now copy & paste the eyelet onto your canvas and resize by 55% and position to the top left hand corner (like mine) and add a drop shadow. Then duplicate the eyelet and Image - Mirror.

Copy and paste the chain as a new layer, Free Rotate - 90 - Left, then resize by 55% and sharpen. Move the chain over to your eyelet so it looks like its hanging from it and add the same drop shadow as before. Duplicate this layer and Image - Mirror. Now copy and paste the Glass Charm and resize by 35%, sharpen and move it to the end of your chain, duplicate and mirror, give both these layers the same drop shadow as before then close off all layers except the 2 eyelets, merge visible and then open the template layer, then using your magic wand click inside the eyelets (holding down shift) and with the template layer highlighted, hit delete - Select none.

View all layers now and merge visible. Then on the melissa's template, copy and paste the music notes as a new layer and move them up the top of your tag (see mine) and do the same with the headphones but leave the headphones in the diamond and change to Overlay. Now, copy your tube onto the canvas and move her to suit and give her a drop shadow.

Now on your musical notes layer, goto Plugins - Eye Candy4000 - Gradient Glow and use these settings: Basic- Width - 3.00, Soft Corners - 25, Opactiy - 100, draw only outside selection ticked. Color - Medium then click ok. Now do the same but change the colour to a color from your tube, do this twice. Then merge visible.

Open my Word Art and copy and paste onto canvas as a new layer, position as you like and when you are happy merge visible. Add your name in a blocky font, I used Impact - size 48 but then I twiddled with the size before converting to raster layer so I could fit it inside my little squares, then I duplicated it and moved it below (see mine for reference). Now hide your tag layer and merge visible your 2 names then duplicate and move to the other square. Don't worry about the overlapping bits, we'll sort that now so Unhide your tag layer and zoom right in to your name so you can see clearly. Grab your eraser tool and set it on Square - size 5 and very carefully erase the parts that overlap your tag. You might find it easier to put the opacity on your name layer down a bit so you can see the edge of your tag underneath and where you have to erase. For me it was my overlapping my tubes legs and part of the diamond.

When you've done that, hide your tag layer and merge your name layers visible and then give them a gradient glow but on Colour change it to Thin and the colour should be white, now merge all visible. Now is the time to crop off any excess and resize if you wish then add artist copyright info & your watermark and save as a .png file!

Well done! ♥
